Field Staff Communications

Daily office staff spend time trying to communicate with you field staff ( nurses and aides). Whether it's to notify them of a client visit call off or time change, a potential temporary or permanent case assignment, questions about a time sheet, reminders of upcoming certification requirement or a scheduled In-Service. Sometimes contacting them is easy but other times communication is tough.

We have developed a small modification to help. It allows office staff to enter a message in HALO and send it to one or more field staff members or broadcast it to all aides or nurses. HALO will automatically send the messages as Text Messages or e-mail.

A future enhancement is underdevelopment. It's purpose is to save time reminding aides of certification requirements. It will allow you to set up automatic messages on a pre-scheduled basis, e.g. A reminder that a Physical is due - first 30 days before that a more urgent message a week or two before.
